The button below will led you to the survey that was conducted over a 4 week period. All of the answers to the survey have been kept anonymous unless explicit permission was given otherwise from the test candidate. 

Survey Summary 

Based on the question in the survey and the answers provided, I have come up with as well as researched science backed solutions for procrastination. Now, breaking the habit of procrastinating is not easy, it takes time and a whole lot of effort, but if everyday you put in the work and make the conscious effort to incorporate some of the solutions I have provided you, it will make all the difference in the long run.

What do you think could be a solution(s) to the procrastination problem?  

"Definitely putting my phone away/turning on dnd so all of my notifications are silenced, using my planner more often to stay organized and putting due dates of assignments in it as SOON as it gets assigned, and lastly doing my assignments in small chunks throughout the week so I don’t have to cram towards the end of it."
